Hi, we are Inara and Gemma, and while we currently live in the same home in Shingle Springs, CA, we are *each* looking for a home of our own—separately.
Inara is six and a half, an orange tabby cat, and a rare female! She’s indoors only, and healthy, but tends to overeat and can be prone to weight gain if not kept on a strict diet. She’s a loving cat who likes people, a good amount of attention, and good conversation (she chirps and trills when it’s her turn to speak!). She does not get along well with other cats—she will be overly bossy and may start roughhousing that is *not* playful. She would do best as the only cat, but she does not mind dogs! She prefers a very clean, mellow, stress-free environment and if things are not up to her liking she will let you know. Now, some of this could be due to her not liking the other cats in the home, including her sister Gemma, so she may relax even more when in a home of her own!
Gemma is six and a half, a tortie cat, and also ideally would like to be the only *female* cat in the home. She loves to sing in the early mornings, and thrives on people, attention, and scratches. Her tail puffs up when she’s very happy, too! She doesn’t mind male cats or dogs, and has a big personality that blends everyone together. She is the first to approach newcomers and meet any visitors, and loves sharing her daily adventures with you using her tiny voice. She too is healthy.
Inara and Gemma need separate homes but yes, currently they are in one home. Their family needs to find them their own separate places by the end of the year, so if you can help, or would like more information on either one of them, please reach out to Emily at [email protected] or 530-748-6311. |
